Mark has degrees in Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University, Wichita, Kansas, and owns a consulting engineering firm in Longmont, but is frequently found with his backpack in the Colorado high country.

Mark performs with the Longmont Symphony and the Denver Municipal Band, America’s oldest professional band, and various free-lance engagements in the Denver area.

Mark and his wife, Holly, have two grown sons, live in the country north of Boulder, and have two dogs and one cat.
